Some of my SEO friends says that google reads only the first few lines of your webpages and some of them says that google reads the whole thin.So to stay in the safer side you can include your keywords in all the passage but do not repeat it many times.If you repeat it many times means then google will not take your site into account.So try to include not more than five times in a same page.
